What the Uniform Guidance Says About Procurement

Whether a federal grant program serves students, veterans, or individuals with disabilities, one key regulation governs its fiscal management: the Uniform Guidance. An important component of this document is 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart D § 200.317 - 200.327, which covers procurement standards. These standards apply to non-Federal entities who receive either Federal awards or subawards.

We've created an easy-to-reference guide covering what the Uniform Guidance says about procurement, including responsible spending, conflicts of interest, competitive bidding requirements, contracts, procurement solicitations and methods, and more.
