Kathleen serves as Vander Weele Group's Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the firm in 2020, Kathleen has focused on developing the financial, project management, and human resources infrastructure needed to support a growing company. Her responsibilities include managing daily operations, identifying areas for operational improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity and performance, and optimizing resources. Kathleen also works closely with client services management and meets directly with clients on an intermittent basis to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction by overseeing service delivery and contract compliance.

Kathleen’s expertise is rooted in decades of experience in organizational effectiveness. Before joining the Vander Weele Group, she held roles in program management, organizational effectiveness, and human resource management. She is a proven business partner with experience working in professional service organizations, higher education, non-profit, municipal agencies, and online retail. Kathleen’s ability to see the big picture and allocate resources to achieve company goals has enabled her to transform department and company-wide communication and workflows, streamline processes to create higher employee productivity and accountability, and tie project planning to capacity and financials.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has over 20 years of experience in operations, organizational effectiveness, and human resources.
